What we collect
When you join our newsletter we collect your first and last name, email address, and — if you choose to give it — your mobile number. We also record which marketing channels you agreed to, the wording of the consent you accepted, and when you accepted it.
We do not sell your information
We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Full stop. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the business (for example our email and text delivery platforms, and our payment processor), and only so they can perform that work for us.
How we use it
- Sending you news about new art kits, tutorials, restocks, and occasional offers.
- Understanding what our customers enjoy so we can improve our kits and tutorials.
- Responding to questions you send us.
- Fulfilling orders and giving you access to the tutorials you purchased.
Email and text preferences
Email and text marketing are tracked separately — opting into one never opts you into the other. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply to text messages. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email.
Unsubscribing and your choices
You can update your preferences or unsubscribe entirely at any time on our unsubscribe page. Changes take effect immediately in our system. You may also ask us to send you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — just email us and we'll take care of it.
Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional messages such as order receipts, shipping notices, or tutorial access details.
How long we keep it
We keep newsletter records until you ask us to delete them. Unsubscribed contacts are kept on a suppression list so we don't accidentally message you again.
Children
Our newsletter is intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has signed up, contact us and we'll remove it.
